SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM
PolarisGov participates in the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program and welcomes transitioning service members who want hands-on exposure to federal mission support in a structured, professional environment.
We view SkillBridge as a two-way fit. Participants gain relevant experience and mentorship, and PolarisGov gains the opportunity to evaluate strong talent for future civilian roles supporting federal small business program operations.
SkillBridge participation occurs during a service member’s final 180 days of active-duty service and requires command approval. Participants remain on active duty during the program.
Top performers are encouraged to apply for posted PolarisGov roles following separation or retirement, based on mission needs and qualifications.
CLEARANCE & ELIGIBILITY
