      EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

      Paul Gaylord

      Owner & Chief Executive Officer

      Paul Gaylord is the Owner and CEO of PolarisGov and a U.S. Air Force veteran with more than three decades of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions. He is accountable for PolarisGov’s strategic direction, delivery standards, and overall customer performance.

      Paul provides executive oversight for program quality, staffing continuity, and customer satisfaction across PolarisGov’s OSBP and OSDBU support efforts. He oversees corporate governance and internal controls aligned with PolarisGov’s ISO-certified management systems and maintains executive accountability for the company’s audit-ready posture.

      His leadership emphasizes disciplined execution, documentation quality, and low-risk delivery in environments where oversight and compliance matter.

      Anthony E. Bell

      Director, Federal Small Business Strategy

      Anthony Bell brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in federal acquisition and small business programs, including senior roles supporting OSBP and OSDBU organizations across DoD and civilian agencies. At PolarisGov, he leads OSBP and OSDBU support delivery with a focus on compliance alignment, documentation discipline, and mission tempo.

      He is accountable for operational execution across coordination workflows, reporting support, and industry engagement activities that help small business offices maintain continuity and credibility. His leadership emphasizes clear communication, consistent follow-through, and defensible outcomes.

      Education: Master of Science in Management, Florida Institute of Technology; Bachelor of Arts in Economics, George Mason University.

      Craig Gaylord

      Director, Cyber Operations

      Craig Gaylord oversees PolarisGov’s internal cybersecurity posture, ensuring OSBP and OSDBU operational support is delivered in compliance with federal information security requirements. His role exists solely to enable secure, audit-ready operations.

      He is accountable for internal security governance, policy alignment, and documentation practices that support customer expectations in compliance-driven environments. His leadership focus is continuity, risk awareness, and operational discipline without disrupting mission execution.

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Strayer University.

      Aaliyah Adderton

      Director, Corporate Communications

      Aaliyah Adderton leads corporate operations supporting workforce readiness, internal controls, and audit preparedness across PolarisGov. She is accountable for the internal infrastructure that enables consistent delivery, including workforce support, onboarding coordination, and internal operational rhythm.

      Her leadership reinforces internal controls, onboarding discipline, and operational consistency that enables steady delivery across active programs.

      Education: Bachelor of Administration, Ferrum College.
